When Corey first suggested combining Cider and Pinot Noir, there were those amongst us who laughed.

They laugh no more!!

This has become our most popular product, combining a single variety semi-sweet Pink Lady cider with a local Pinot Noir produced by our friends at Moores Hill Estate.

This product is sterile filtered after blending then given a very light carbonation.

Ruby red in appearance. Raspberry and apple on the nose. The palate follows with refreshing citrus fruit and hints of toffee apple.

Serve well chilled or over ice.

The apples are from two local orchards, being G. E. Miller & Sons in Hillwood and Lees Orchard in Dilston.
