This cider is a blend of two single variety ferments. It includes Granny Smith and Pink Lady apples.

This product was sterile filtered after blending, we are now delivering it unfiltered as the flavour is so much better.

A still (non sparkling) cider, displaying hints of apple fruit surrounded by bold, natural astringencies.

Serve well chilled or over ice.

The apples are from two local orchards, being G. E. Miller & Sons in Hillwood and Lees Orchard in Dilston.

Some of you came to this cider expecting the rough beverage of old England. To you we apologise, this is not so rough and contains no dead animals! We are hoping to source some locally grown traditional cider apples this year (2011), such as Sturmer, Lexington Mill and Kingston Black. These apples will embolden our scrumpy cider.

We have also planted some Red Wart, Bulmer Norman and a few other cider varieties in our own orchard.
